Just recently, local co-op game Children of Morta was pulled from Game Pass, and it's likely that, over time, the games listed here that aren't published by Xbox will also get the boot. However, fans should keep in mind that local co-op games will be removed from the Xbox Game Pass lineup at times as well. Looking ahead, it's likely that even more local co-op games will be added to Xbox Game Pass. Originally, Nobody Saves the World was strictly an online-only co-op experience, so the addition of local co-op after launch is very much appreciated. Other notable new additions to the Xbox Game Pass' local co-op library include narrative-driven game As Dusk Falls, Research and Destroy, Spacelines from the Far Out, and a local co-op option for Nobody Saves the World. Xbox Game Pass also saw the addition of Escape Academy just recently, which is a fun first-person puzzle game that has been well-received by Game Pass subscribers. The sheer amount of depth in what seems like a simple game is astounding, and it's a massive achievement that Boomerang Fu is easily one of the best couch multiplayer games anyone can. There have been some notable additions to the library, with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge added to Game Pass earlier in the summer and earning praise for being a fresh take on classic TMNT beat 'em up action.
